An XRP ETF would allow investors to gain exposure to XRP through traditional brokerage accounts without directly holding cryptocurrency. Several asset managers have filed applications for spot XRP ETFs with the SEC. While no spot XRP ETF has been approved yet in the US, XRP futures ETFs and trusts like Grayscale XRP Trust offer indirect exposure. International markets including Brazil and Europe have already launched XRP-linked exchange-traded products. An approved US spot ETF could significantly increase institutional demand for XRP.
